Ingredients
Brownie Base
Cream Filling
- 1 cup dairy/non-dairy heavy cream
- 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Mix together the brownie mix, oil and eggs until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until baked through.
- As the brownie cools make the chocolate cream, by whisking together Double cream until soft peaks then add the cocoa powder and sugar and whisk until smooth. Then transfer it to a piping bag.
- Using the bottom of the mini container you’ll be layering the dessert in, cut out the brownie layers to perfectly fit in the box. (You’ll need 2 brownie layers per box)
- Place the first brownie layer at the bottom of the container, then pipe a layer of cream on top. Top with raspberries and cover with the second brownie layer. Pipe on another layer of cream and then top with raspberries.
- Repeat this process with the other containers until you’ve used up all the ingredients. Enjoy!
