Grain-Free Cinnamon-Coconut Sugar Donut Holes

This is a super easy and straightforward donut hole recipe. No kneading, no frying, minimal mess. Simply mix together, roll into balls, and bake! Instead of a yeast doughnut, these are made with our Grain-Free Baking Powder, making them super simple, like a cake doughnuts. Yet they're still oh-so-tasty, all while being 100% grain-free, gluten-free, corn-free, and vegan! Who doesn't love a healthier little dessert? Indulge in these for breakfast, lunch, or as the perfect mini after-dinner snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Otto’s Naturals Cassava Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons Otto’s Naturals Grain-Free Baking Powder
- â…“ cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup plant based (coconut) Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping
- 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamonÂ
- 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
- Coconut oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix all donut hole ingredients together. Roll into balls, the size of a golf ball (will make about 16 pieces).Â
- Bake for 9 min in the air fryer or 18-20 in the oven or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.Â
- Melt coconut oil. Lightly brush donut holes.
- Roll in cinnamon coconut sugar mixture.
- Enjoy fresh!
