This is a super easy and straightforward donut hole recipe. No kneading, no frying, minimal mess. Simply mix together, roll into balls, and bake! Instead of a yeast doughnut, these are made with our Grain-Free Baking Powder, making them super simple, like a cake doughnuts. Yet they're still oh-so-tasty, all while being 100% grain-free, gluten-free, corn-free, and vegan! Who doesn't love a healthier little dessert? Indulge in these for breakfast, lunch, or as the perfect mini after-dinner snack.

Ingredients

Topping

  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
  • Coconut oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mix all donut hole ingredients together. Roll into balls, the size of a golf ball (will make about 16 pieces). 
  3. Bake for 9 min in the air fryer or 18-20 in the oven or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. 
  4. Melt coconut oil. Lightly brush donut holes.
  5. Roll in cinnamon coconut sugar mixture.
  6. Enjoy fresh!
