Ingredients
- 1 bag Otto’s Naturals Grain-Free Ultimate Cookie Mix
- ⅓ cup oil
- 2 Tablespoons strongly-brewed coffee
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup dairy/non-dairy cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix together the cookie mix, oil, coffee, and egg until it comes together into a dough.
- Scoop the cookie dough into 12 dough balls using a cookie scoop or by hand. Place the cookies on the baking sheets, spaced evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Once baked, allow to cool completely.
- Cream cheese frosting on top and dust with cocoa powder.
